ALICIA SYRETT
Ms. Syrett is the Founder and CEO of Pantegrion Capital, an angel investment vehicle focused on seed and early stage investments.
Ms. Syrett has spent over 10 years in the financial industry. Her previous roles included serving as the Chief Administrative Officer of a $20+ billion hedge fund, the Director of Recruiting for a multi-billion dollar hedge fund, an Associate at the executive recruiting firm Russell Reynolds, an Investment Analyst at a small hedge fund in Greenwich, and an Investment Banking Analyst in Donaldson, Lufkin, & Jenrette’s Los Angeles office.
Ms. Syrett graduated early from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics and concentrations in Finance and Accounting. She also possesses two MBA degrees from the London Business School and Columbia Business School where she received Beta Gamma Sigma honors.

BETH FERREIRA
Beth Ferreira, is currently the founder of Startcraft and is a consultant and advisor to early-stage companies. Prior to Startcraft, Beth was Vice President of Finance and Operations and an early employee at Etsy, Inc. the leading online marketplace for all things handmade.
Prior to joining Etsy, Beth was a member of the investment team at Flatiron Partners, working closely with Fred Wilson, Jerry Colonna and Bob Greene. During her tenure, she supported the partners as the portfolio grew to 57 investments. She has also held positions at The Boston Consulting Group, advising media, consumer and technology clients on critical strategic and operational challenges and began her career as an investment banker in the financial sponsor coverage group at Union Bank of Switzerland.
Beth holds a bachelors degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Wharton School.

RAMONA SCHINDELHEIM
Ramona Schindelheim, Media Advisor to I-ELLA, is a two-time Emmy Award-winning television executive. Ramona’s known for developing creative and profitable programming and for establishing strong on-air brand identities and production values for that programming. At NBC, CBS and Fox, she’s overseen and produced thousands of hours of live and taped broadcasts.
Her credits include Power Lunch, Conversations with Michael Eisner and 50 Years at The Four Seasons at CNBC, The Jane Pauley Show for NBC, and Live at Five for WNBC. Ramona appeared as an on-air business reporter for ABC’s World News Now and contributed financial reporting to ABC News’ coverage on 9/11, which won DuPont, Peabody and Emmy awards. In addition, Ramona has written television sitcoms and currently has a television drama in development with a Los Angeles-based production company.
